The director, Arienne Dozeman, wanted grant but with lots of love. It had to reflect what an enormous task it is to do this work, and the heritage that is connected to sailing these giant ships. 

Choosing mostly organic sounds in combination with synths that sounded organic was the key, with the flexibility to go from very big to very intimate in a split second.
